My name is Jolena, I am the owner of ARCH. I have been waxing brows for over 13 years.

I started my journey after esthetician school in Fresno working as the BrowBar manager of Benefit Cosmetics. A couple years later, I moved back to my hometown in Ripon and transferred to the Benefit BrowBar and Modesto and shortly after became the manager.

When I was pregnant with my son, I knew I wanted to spend more time as a mom, with the help of my friends and husband they push me to go on my own.

I worked at a coffee shop and took clients out of my house. I built a strong clientele and eventually moved out of my house into my first studio on 14th Street.

I literally love what I do and honestly love my clients so much.
